“Every great dream begins with a dreamer.” — Harriet Tubman

Hey — this is me.
My life’s taken a few unexpected turns. I’ve gone from flying helicopters to chasing stories on the ground, as a documentary photographer, storyteller, and spending a fair amount of time covered in dog hair with some pretty incredible canine teammates. Not exactly a straight line, but a fun one.

It all kicked off with a love affair with Africa. The wild beauty, the people, the chaos, the quiet moments, and the magic hiding in plain sight. Armed with a camera and a healthy dose of curiosity, I jumped on a plane and followed my gut into the unknown.
People warned me. “Africa gets under your skin.”
They were right. I was hooked, by the vast landscapes, the laughter, the rhythms of daily life, and that unmistakable wild pulse that runs through it all.
So I stayed. I swapped city noise for campfires, alarms for lion calls, and comfort for curiosity.

I chase stories that matter, support conservation where I can, and try to leave places a little better than I found them, one story at a time.
These days, you’ll find me somewhere outdoors, behind a lens, advocating for the wild and the people and animals who call it home. From jungles to open plains to sunlit beaches and the sparkling ocean, my heart belongs wherever nature and adventure collide.

If you’re up for stories filled with purpose, conservation, and a touch of wild soul: welcome.

Always follow your passion.
